GHG goose shells are approx. 95% of a full size greylag. The advantage is that they occupy less space during transport. Therefore, you can carry many more of these than traditional full body decoys.

As geese are said to be able to spot unnatural ultraviolet light, it is important that the paint used on the decoys prevents the glare caused by UV light. If the decoys are not painted with the right UV-resistant paint, they will appear blue to the wild geese. This may cause the geese to turn away. These GHG goose shells are perfect against unwanted UV light reflection.
