Sound Unit – Accessory for Dangate automatic Game Feeder
The sound unit emits a continuous signal / sound for x number of minutes (can be set individually) before the feeding, and thereby the game quickly associates this sound with food.
This will increase the interest for your feedlot.
The sound unit gives you much better opportunities to control and maintain the game on your terrain.
Very useful for breeding of pheasants and other game birds.
Instruction:
The sound unit comes with its own timer unit, which should be set to beep shortly before the feeder starts feeding. This way, the birds will quickly associate the sound with the fact that food is now available.
The sound unit should be connected to a separate 12 volt battery with red to + (plus) and black to – (minus)
You can also insert a cell battery (model 2032) into the sound unit’s timer if you want this as a power source instead of a 12 volt battery.
Alternatively, you can replace the mounted battery cable lugs on the sound unit with double cable lugs so that you can connect the timer on both the sound unit and feeder to the same 12 volt battery.
